Senior Yoga for Aging Well

This one hour yoga fitness session provides detailed instruction and preventive strategies to support healthy, vibrant aging.

The focus of this senior yoga is based on “7 Essentials” to address physical, emotional and mental health.

  1. Physical Strength and Muscle Tone
  2. Flexibility
  3. Balance
  4. Acceptance of the Aging Process
  5. Importance of Rest and Relaxation
  6. Weight Management
  7. Cardiovascular Health

Marti specializes in helping people manage symptoms of Diabetes, Arthritis, Spinal Degeneration, Hip Replacements, and Heart Disease.
