This evening class offers gentle yoga postures. You’ll enjoy intentional flowing movements to release stress from the day.
Attention to the breath will calm the mind and re-set your perspective toward more ease.
REFRESH is appropriate for all ages. No Yoga experience is required.

This Online REFRESH class is designed for those new to Yoga and those interested in learning the essential skills of mental focus, improved posture, and utilizing the breath for increased stamina.
WHAT TO EXPECT:

SETTING UP A SACRED PRACTICE SPACE:
- Yoga Mat ~or~ XL beach towel
- Folding Chair
- Yoga Strap ~or~ long scarf or sash from your bathrobe
- 2 blankets
